It felt like the doctor didn't have time for us. He was very rushed and it was hard to get our questions across as he spit out the common methods of treatments without any explanation about each of them. We felt very rushed and not very appreciated.

I had an appointment to address my tinnitus. Dr. just wanted to sell me hearing aids.
Dismissed my concerns with tinnitus and said a friend of his purchased them and it helped him, but no guarantees. I fully understand that there is no clear understanding of what causes tinnitus, but there are many specialist that offer programs to attempt to help or treat the issue. I have a slight loss of high frequency hearing in one ear. How do we know that the frequency is not a the same hz as my tinnitus. Very disappointing. Now I have to find another Dr. / Office that specializes in tinnitus.
Also, had a friend who went to the same Dr. for a different issue. She had to purchased $7,000 hearing aids only to go to another Dr. in GR who performed a surgery and recovered 80% of her hearing without any aids.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr Hoekzema and Westshore ENT! He was friendly and easygoing and immediately knew what was causing the nosebleeds that have plagued me for more than 20 years. I had a minor procedure in the office the same day to correct the problem. Staff was friendly, attentive and courteous from start to finish. I worked with ENTs for many years in anther state before moving to Michigan and I can say with confidence that I received exceptional care at Westshore. Highly recommended by this grateful patient!

I have been diagnosed with hyperthyroidism and upon further exam was found to have nodules on my thyroid. Dr. Lomeo has kept a close check on them to make sure nothing untoward is going on. Have seen him many times this year and we have worked out a plan to handle this. I like his professionalism but also his understanding of how you as a patient are concerned about your health. Recommend highly.

I’m from out of state, when my ENT told me I needed to see a dr ASAP. I called West Shore ENT and Allergy. They took me the same day, the staff was so kind and professional. I can’t thank them enough, especially since I was in Michigan for a family funeral. Great people and so kind. ❤️

After suffering hearing loss in one ear for several years, was FINALLY referred to Dr Belanger. After one visit, he noticed something “not right” & ordered further tests. Was then referred to Dr. Lomeo who specializes in the treatment I needed. Both are very professional, caring & remarkable doctors who give me the care I need. For ANY of your ENT needs, I HIGHLY recommend Westshore E.N.T. & Allergy!
