About Erin Koole, Au.D., CCC-A

Erin received her Doctoral degree in 2024 from Grand Valley State University.  She previously graduated from Michigan State University with a bachelor's degree in Child Development as well as a second degree in Communicative Sciences and Disorders. 

Following the completion of those degrees, she decided to take some time away and raise my three children.  It was always a goal to go back to school and pursue her Doctorate in Audiology and she was able to complete that in 2024.  In addition to being at home raising her children, she also gained some patient care experience working at Corewell health in adult and pediatric care as a nurse technician. 

Erin loves being an audiologist and is passionate about providing outstanding care and information to her patients.  Erin's clinic experience includes private practice, hospitals, veteran services and the ENT setting.  Her last clinic placement through university was here at West Shore ENT and Allergy and she was excited to be offered the opportunity to stay on as a practicing audiologist. 

Erin enjoys the ENT setting gaining experience working with patients on their hearing health and those with certain medical needs.  She likes educating patients on their hearing evaluations, options of hearing aids, tinnitus, importance of addressing hearing health, and discussing the impact their hearing can have on all parts of their lives. 

Outside of audiology Erin spends most of her time with her three kids and husband and resides in Grand Rapids Michigan. "I look forward to the opportunity of working with you!”
