Dr. Potter combines excellent training, experience, expertise and compassion which is not always found in someone so uniquely qualified to care for patients. He is very thorough in listening to the patient, very thorough in examining the patient and extremely precise in explaining his findings and prescribing recommendations to solve the problem. Dr. Potter has the qualifications usually found at large university research hospitals or exclusive private clinics; how fortunate we are to have had him in West Michigan for the past 30 years.

Dr. Potter is the best! He is an amazing ENT and has wonderful bedside manner! Highly recommend him!
