Certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, Dr. Potter has been in private practice since 1986. He earned a bachelor’s of science degree from Michigan State University before attending medical school at Wayne State University and completing his internship and residency at the Wayne State University-affiliated hospitals in the Detroit Medical Center.

Dr. Potter has privileges at Mercy Health Partners in Muskegon, Select Specialty Hospital and Muskegon Surgery Center. His training in otolaryngology qualifies Dr. Potter to provide a wide variety of diagnostic investigations, medical therapies and surgical procedures related to disorders of the head and neck. His areas of special interest include dizziness, sinus diseases and childhood ENT disorders.

Dr. Potter is married with four children. He enjoys a number of outdoor activities and also finds enjoyment in studying the natural sciences.
